Solar Energy Experts
If there’s one resource Arizonans can count on day in and day out, it’s sunlight. With an average of around 300 sunny days per year, Lake Havasu City’s potential for solar power generation is near the top of the rankings — and homeowners are realizing they can take advantage of this limitless resource.
Havasu Solar is ready to help residents reap the benefits of solar by offering a variety of solar options, including rooftop solar panel systems.
Why do homeowners in Lake Havasu install solar panels on rooftops? The main reason is to achieve some level of energy independence.
A rooftop solar energy system of sufficient capacity can fully power a home during the day, and the addition of a solar battery allows you to store excess energy produced during the day while the sun is down or the power is out.
Rooftop solar panels also:
Don’t take up any room on your walkable property
Are aesthetically pleasing and blend in
Add value to your home
Are durable and require minimal maintenance
Rooftop solar is also more accessible than ever, thanks to the federal residential solar energy tax credit that reimburses you 30% of the system cost if you purchase outright.
If purchasing your system outright isn’t an option right now, Havasu Solar can still bring clean energy within your reach through our financing options, so you can start generating your own power as soon as possible.

As you may be aware, on Dec. 21, 2020, the U.S. Congress extended the 30% solar income tax credit through 2023 in conjunction with a federal spending package alongside a COVID-19 relief spending bill. The solar income tax credit (ITC), which was scheduled to drop from 26% to 22% in 2021, will stay at 30% for two more years.
This historic vote reinforces the solar industry as a leading producer of American clean energy and will be pivotal in helping American consumers go solar.
